Not a Part of India even after Independence:
Yes, you read that right. Hyderabad was not a part of India after 1947 when the entire country was declared independent. It was ruled by Nizams and considered as a princely state until it was invaded by the Indian Army few months later.

The largest film studio complex in the world is Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad, India, which opened in 1996 and measures 674 ha (1,666 acres). Comprising of 47 sound stages, it has permanent sets ranging from railway stations to temples.
Residence of India’s President:
Located at Bolarum, Rashtrapati Nilayam is a single storied building. After India’s independence, it was taken over from the Nizam of Hyderabad and handed it over to the President’s Secretariat. The President of India visits Rashtrapati Nilayam for a period of 2 weeks atleast every year(especially, during winters) and conducts official business from this Nilayam.
